Dr. Ian Pflug studied at SIUE with the goal of specializing in care that truly matters for long-term wellness. As a former high-school athlete, Ian understands firsthand how important strength, alignment, and mobility are—not only for athletic performance, but for everyday living.

Pflug Chiro has been located inside Carpe Diem since the gym's opening in 2021. Conveniently located near the Wabash exit of I-72. Many of my patients are CrossFit athletes who come in for Chiropractic and physiotherapeutic maintenance at least once a month.
