Pflug Chiro has been located inside Carpe Diem since the gym's opening in 2021. Conveniently located near the Wabash exit of I-72. Many of my patients are CrossFit athletes who come in for Chiropractic and physiotherapeutic maintenance at least once a month.

Appointments are typically 30 minutes long. Dr. Ian Pflug is the only chiropractor in the office, so each visit is fully focused on you. The extended appointment time allows for thorough evaluation, adjustments, soft tissue work, and education without feeling rushed.
Do you only treat athletes, or can anyone come in for care?
Anyone can benefit from chiropractic care here. We see youth athletes, CrossFit competitors, active adults, seniors, and people simply looking for relief from pain or stiffness. What types of services do you offer besides chiropractic adjustments?
In addition to spine and extremity adjustments, we specialize in soft tissue mobilization, sports rehabilitation, fire cupping, muscle scraping, kinesiology taping, and personal training guidance.
